Michael E.  Parker founded Stellar Enterprise and more than seven companies including, Jovance Beauty and Wellness, Stalaro’s Designer Shoes & Accessories , Value-Centered Management Institute™, Star Team Financial, Star Team Property Management, Star Team Realty and lifeskills 411™ under the premise of lean thinking. He successfully implemented lean solutions into these service-oriented businesses and created a new management philosophy, Value-Centered Management™. Under Parker’s leadership, Stellar Enterprise and its subsidiary companies, comprising more than 100 professionals nationwide, adopted Value-Centered Management™ practices, which yielded exceptional results, including combined gross revenue of over 7 million dollars per year.  Parker has received numerous awards for his work with his 7 companies and also in “Value-Centered Management.”  He has recently captured this knowledge and will be releasing a new book entitled “Who Said So” in January 2008 by Wiley Publishing.
 
From the ground up, he has founded these businesses under the Value-Center Management™ philosophy proving the success of this philosophy in various industries. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management Science and a Bachelors of Science degree in Purchasing and Operations from California State University Hayward. Parker is also an instructor with the University’s Continuing Education Program teaching classes in Just-in-Time systems.
